What can I say, I am a health nut! ...At least when it comes to my diet! Due to a life-changing surgery to remove a series of infected organs, I HAD to learn how to read labels, figure what actives do what, and find healthier ways to prepare food via smarter food chemistry because there was no other life alternative.
